IsleBe WALK TO JOG 10 WEEK BLOCK – beginners
Where: Stornoway When: Saturdays Time: TBC
(Other days, venues and times may be available if there is enough demand.)
This block is suitable for those who can walk briskly for 30 mins, and wish to build on this. Starting on the first week with bursts of just 30 seconds of jogging, gradually building up each week, to 15 minutes of continuous jogging by week 10.
This 10 week block is progressive, you will need to attend each session, or if you can’t make it to a session, you will need to do the planned session by yourself. To get the most out of this training, the best option would be to repeat the session by yourself sometime that week.
We will be following a JogScotland format, registration with them is essential – This is free and I will do this for you when you book on (if you are not already registered).
Spaces will usually be limited to 4 people in your session
The programme is for over 16s
Each session is usually 30/45 minutes – but now and again we go a bit longer than this!
Your sessions are for the dates set in your block only, unfortunately they are not transferable.
