IsleBe WALK TO JOG BLOCK
Improvers level 2 10 weeks
When: Saturdays: 22nd June ’19 – 24th August ’19
Time: 9.30am – 10.15am
This block is only open to those who have completed IsleBe WALK TO JOG L1, and wish to build on this.
You will start on the first week with repetitions of 3 mins jogging. You will gradually build up to 30 minutes of continuous jogging by week 10. This 10 week block is progressive, you will need to attend each session, or if you can’t make it to a session, you need to do the planned session by yourself. To get the most out of this training, the best option would be to repeat the session yourself sometime that week.
We will be following a JogScotland format, registration with them is essential – you are probably still registered with them from last session. You can check with them if you are unsure.
Spaces be limited to 4 people
The programme is for over 16s
Each session is usually 30/45 minutes – but now and again we go a bit longer than this!
Cost: £45 for the 10 week block
Your sessions are for the dates set only, unfortunately they are not transferable.
THIS BLOCK IS SUITABLE FOR HEALTHY ADULTS WHO HAVE TRAINED UP TO L1, REGARDLESS OF SIZE, SHAPE OR AGE.
